Join me for a holistic, nurturing ‘classical style’ of yoga.
Through various contemplative practices we deepen our personal connection and come home to that quiet place that resides within each of us.
Within a class we embody a meditative and spiritual approach for mental, physical and emotional wellbeing to guide you toward inner stillness to restore balance within.
Sound Bath Meditations are also a very special part of my offering. Sound and vibration can be influential for releasing what no longer serves your highest good and invite healing.
The yoga classes are limited to a small group of seven women within the studio. There is also the opportunity to join yoga classes on zoom on a Thursday and Saturday morning. Sound Baths are also limited to a small group of ten and open to everyone.
