  • Gentle Yoga Classes Bendigo

    Welcome beautiful soul,

    I offer a holistic nurturing style of yoga with its roots stemmed from Hatha and Satchidananda (Integral) yoga as well as Sound Bath Meditation sessions for a unique uplifting, soothing healing energy experience.

    The yoga classes are limited to a small group of seven women within the studio. There is also the opportunity to join yoga classes on zoom on a Thursday and Saturday morning.
